"The most ghetto and unprofessional ride share app ever! Requested a ride for pick up at 7:30 pm. Did not get picked up until 8:06 which made me late for the event I was attending. Nowhere on the app does it say my debit card that I added will not be charged and I have to pay the driver directly. Why have riders add a payment method if it won't be charged? Driver chased me all thr way to the elevator and I had to Zelle him the money for the ride. If I could give zero stars I most certainly would."
